Expo Bebidas y Alimentos Líquidos (hereinafter EXPOBAL 2027), an event organized by COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V., with registered address at Miguel Hidalgo Poniente 330, Floor 5, Suite 501, Col. Monterrey Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo León 64000 - Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you provide, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
We collect your data through three modalities (online forms, in-person forms, mobile applications, and badge scanning) to ensure your proper participation in EXPOBAL 2027:
Full name, email address, phone number, address, organization/company, and job title.
Areas of commercial interest, academic or professional background, and photograph for badge issuance.
Bank card or billing information for processing payments for access passes or contracted services for EXPOBAL 2027.
When browsing www.expobal.com or using our App, we automatically collect your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing behavior data through the following tools:

If you do not wish your data to be used for secondary purposes, you may notify us by emailing arco@expobal.com within 5 business days of your registration for EXPOBAL 2027.

With your prior consent, your name, company, job title, and areas of interest may be shared with other registered participants of EXPOBAL 2027 who have agreed to participate in the networking and matchmaking feature.
Your data may be shared with governmental, judicial, or regulatory authorities when required by Mexican law or when necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V.
Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. process data on servers located outside Mexico, primarily in the United States. By accepting this Privacy Notice, you expressly consent to such international transfers pursuant to Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. Both companies maintain internationally recognized data protection mechanisms.

Pursuant to the LFPDPPP, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data held by COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. and learn how it is being used
- Rectify your data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
- Cancel your data when you believe it is not being processed in accordance with the principles of the LFPDPPP
- Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes, particularly those of a secondary nature described in Section 2
Send a request to arco@expobal.com including: full name and preferred contact method, copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, clear description of the data regarding which you wish to exercise your right, and in the case of rectification, documentation supporting the requested correction.
COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by an additional 20 business days, provided you are notified before the original deadline expires, pursuant to Article 24 of the LFPDPPP. Once resolved, we will have 15 business days to implement the decision made.
The exercise of ARCO rights may be denied or limited when necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect third-party rights, or when the data is required for the existing legal relationship between you and COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V.
You may withdraw consent granted for the use of your personal data at any time by writing to arco@expobal.com. Please note that in some cases, COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. may not be able to process the withdrawal immediately due to existing legal obligations or the need to retain data to fulfill the legal relationship between the parties.
COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time to reflect legislative changes, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision of EXPOBAL's services.
Any modifications will be communicated through publication on the official website www.expobal.com at least 30 days in advance of their effective date. We recommend reviewing this notice periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
