Expo Bebidas y Alimentos Líquidos (hereinafter EXPOBAL 2027) is an event that promotes respect and inclusion. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation, physical condition, or socioeconomic status, in compliance with the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination.

By attending EXPOBAL 2027 or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions established by COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V., organizer of the event.

1 Respect and Conduct

Attendees must maintain appropriate and respectful behavior at all times, including their attire and attitude toward other participants, exhibitors, and event staff.

2 Image Rights

Every person who enters EXPOBAL 2027 grants COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V., as the organizing committee, the right to film, photograph, or record them during the event, without any payment, compensation, or consideration. These images will be used for promotional, advertising, or informational purposes in current or future editions.

By purchasing your ticket or access credential, you expressly accept these terms.

3 Use of Photographs and Videos

Photos or videos taken by visitors at EXPOBAL 2027 may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Their use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization of COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V.

4 Relationships Between Exhibitors and Visitors

COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for any agreements, negotiations, or transactions carried out between visitors and exhibitors inside or outside the EXPOBAL 2027 venue.

5 Limitation of Liability

COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V., as the organizer of EXPOBAL, shall not be liable for damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from the use of the website www.expobal.com, or for information provided by exhibitors or third parties.

6 Age Restrictions

Due to the nature of the event, which could include the tasting and exhibition of alcoholic beverages, access is strictly prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the venue entrance:

National ID (INE)
Passport
Professional License

Access will not be granted to minors under any circumstances, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult. Additionally, strollers, baby carriages, and infants are not permitted entry.

7 Right of Admission and Removal

EXPOBAL reserves the right of admission to the venue. Furthermore, COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. may immediately remove any attendee, exhibitor, or collaborator who engages in aggressive or discriminatory conduct, or who endangers the safety of other participants or the integrity of the facilities.

Important: In such cases, there shall be no right to a full or partial refund of tickets, sponsorships, or space rentals.

8 Force Majeure and Acts of God

COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. shall not be liable for the non-performance, delay, or cancellation of EXPOBAL 2027 due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods), fires, acts of terrorism, strikes, general public service failures, sanitary emergencies, or restrictive government measures.

In the event that any of these circumstances prevent EXPOBAL 2027 from taking place, COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. will take the following actions in order of priority:

aReschedule the event to a new date, in which case payments already made for EXPOBAL 2027 will be valid for the rescheduled date.

bIf rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. will analyze each case individually to determine the most appropriate solution based on the particular circumstances of each participant, in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable legislation.

cUnder no circumstances shall COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. be liable for indirect or consequential expenses incurred by exhibitors, visitors, or sponsors, such as transportation, lodging, material production costs, or lost profits.

Those affected will be notified through EXPOBAL's official communication channels as soon as possible.

9 Security and Personal Belongings

COMFIA Grupo Empresarial S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings, technological equipment, or exhibition merchandise inside the EXPOBAL 2027 venue or in parking areas. It is the exclusive responsibility of each visitor and exhibitor to ensure the safety of their belongings.

Exhibitors are strongly recommended to obtain their own civil liability and property damage insurance.

10 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For any dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of these terms, the parties expressly submit to the applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them based on their current or future domiciles.
